Columbus, OH – Legendary climber, hold shaper and design professor Tony Reynaldo teamed up with Futurist to design the new Kinetic Climbing & Fitness in Columbus, OH. Tony wanted his new facility to represent the distinct Kinetic brand and to be a reflection of his original Kinetic climbing gym – but bigger and better. To support the serious training culture of the Columbus climbing community, the team even incorporated a full-scale system wall into the main climbing area alongside the design’s bold, prominent features. Futurist also provided the 2,000sf, 16″ thick seamless bouldering flooring system. Kinetic opened in June 2014.
